We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept uninitiated returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong order so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item if your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
